Prescript is partnering with The Canberra Hospital to recruit Resident Medical Officers (RMOs) for fixed term contract positions from 30 October 2017 until 04 February 2018.

About the Role
You will be providing day-to-day medical care for patients of the ACT Health Directorate under the supervision and direction of the hospital’s experienced senior medical officers.
The Canberra Hospital understands the importance of continued broad based clinical exposure and so offers a wide range of rotations for RMOs. A special effort is made to ensure that all RMOs have access to rotations that are going to contribute to the accreditation of the terms for their career progression. Please note that no surgical terms are currently available.
About the Hospital
You will be working at a 672-bed teaching hospital and a major trauma centre providing tertiary referral services for the Australian Capital Territory and surrounding areas.
The hospital is also affiliated with the Australian National University and has a strong commitment to high-quality education for all of its trainees – from medical students right through to vocational training.
About the Location
ACT Health offers competitive remuneration for medical officers, in addition to an attractive education and training reimbursement allowance. Some reimbursement of relocation expenses is available to medical officers recruited from interstate or overseas.
