The Position

In this role, you will:

  • Provide senior medical leadership across Katherine Hospital and associated PHCs

  • Oversee clinical governance, safety, credentialing, and quality standards

  • Mentor and support rural generalists, GPs, specialists, and registrars

  • Collaborate with NT Health on operational and strategic planning

  • Champion Indigenous health partnerships and community-first care models

You will be based at Katherine Hospital, a vital regional centre for healthcare delivery in the Top End, during the NT's stunning Dry Season — a time of clear skies, mild temperatures, and vibrant community events.

The Position

  • Conduct virtual psychiatric assessments and follow-up care for patients referred via PHNs.
