Locum GP VMO - Narrandera NSW - 17-28 March & Ongoing

The Position

Narrandera Hospital is looking for a Locum GP VMO for a 2-week locum starting 17-28 March and then ongoing for two weeks a month.

The locum is required to attend GP Clinic, and on-call for the hospital 6 pm to 8 am – on call at the hospital for Triage 1 & 2, the rest is covered by RMCS.

With two other GP Trainees in town that support the on-call, this role is also required to offer support to the 2 x GP Trainees in the GP Practice 

★ Emergency department is supported by:

★ Critical Care Advisory Service support

★ Paramedics via CERS assist

★ Transfer and retrieval of critically unwell patients (Wagga Wagga 1hr away)

★ Radiology M-F 0830-1600 & on call

★ Pathology ISTAT POC + weekday service before 12 noon

Dates Available

Who We’re Looking For

Specialist AHPRA Registration

Fellowship FRACGP or FACRRM

Australian permanent resident or citizen, New Zealand citizen, or a relevant work visa

Upon confirmation, hospital required paperwork such as NSW Working with Children Check, police check and immunisation status
