Allison is a Senior Recruitment Partner, working with Residents, Registrars, and Specialist Consultants, on locum and permanent positions, across regional Australia.

Allison is originally from Upstate New York and now lives and works in Hobart. Allison has spent over 13 years in healthcare, recruiting specialist doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals for clinics and hospitals, across both public and private health services. Her career focus has been on prioritising "hard to fill" roles that make the biggest impact on local health communities. Allison has won awards for being the top recruiter at the largest healthcare staffing company in the USA and has placed hundreds of doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals in critical community roles across Australia.

I am also excited to share that with Allison starting with Prescript last week, we have opened our first Tassie office in Hobart!

We're all huge advocates for solving the doctor shortage in communities across Australia. The Prescript team is spread over four states and eight locations, and we're pleased that our Hobart location now furthers that commitment to be close to the health services and doctors we work with. Although our focus is regional areas, we recruit doctors nationwide (and globally!). It means that Allison might live in Hobart but will be filling positions wherever the need is greatest.
