The service offers a fully comprehensive range of medical imaging services, including general x-ray, ultrasound, OPG, CT, 3T MRI, echocardiographs, 3D mammography (tomosynthesis), bone mineral densitometry and a wide range of interventional procedures. The role is predominantly in a hospital-based setting and may alternatively involve work in a private clinic close by.
Note: Your clinical work and site/s can be arranged prior to your locum and will be based on your individual reporting and procedures skillset so you’re 100% happy.
Situated on the beautiful Queensland coast, Bundaberg is easily accessible via a short flight from Brisbane, or a drive if you’re more local.
You can choose either city or beachside for your accommodation – Most doctors like to be by the sea in a lovely resort setting to enjoy.
Did you know Bundaberg is an incredibly beautiful part of the coast and offers an amazing array of tourist activities? These include diving or snorkelling with turtles, access to the Southern Great Barrier Reef, island visits - plus plenty of cafes and fine dining on local produce as well as food markets to explore.
