Locum ED RMOs & Registrars – Canberra, ACT – ASAP to Jan 2022

The Position

Are you a PGY3+ doctor with recent emergency department experience?

Prescript is working with a large hospital in Canberra to assist them with multiple emergency medicine shifts per day - for RMOs, Registrars, and ICU Registrars overnight, from now until 21 January 2022.

Please Note: As of 01 November 2021, anyone from NSW and VIC can travel into the ACT for any reason – you do not need to apply for any exemptions. This means your family can also travel with you for this locum!

★ Work as little as one shift around your full-time work, or stay longer to experience the surrounding area on your days off. All availability and experience levels accommodated.

★ Great ACT locum opportunity for NSW Health doctors who would like to locum but can’t do so within NSW Health.

★ You will be providing emergency medical care for patients under the supervision and direction of the hospital's experienced FACEMs. You will be allocated shifts in one of two emergency teams, comprising of at least one Consultant, Registrar, RMO and Intern.

★ Shifts are either morning, afternoon or night shifts, with in-charge or second-in-charge nights available. You can select the individual shifts you wish to be put forward for.

★ When you visit Canberra, be prepared to experience one good thing after another. Whether it's world-class wining and dining, iconic national treasures or outdoor adventures, everything you're after is just an easy distance away.
