Neurologist Locum - Central Coast NSW - Dec Dates

The Positions

Is a locum close to Sydney sounding appealing? This is an ideal role for a Neurologist who has just completed their Advanced Training and now has fellowship, and is looking to make their mark and 'get in' with this LHD.

Working in the lead up to Christmas, this locum is perfect for those looking to spend the holiday period on the Central Coast.

★ Dates available from 10 to 24 December 2021.

★ The first week includes 24-hour on-call from 0800 on 10 December - finishing at 0800 on 17 December, and on-call over that weekend.

★ The second week of work, commencing 18 December to 24 December, will not require on-call for the weekend of 25 and 26 December.

★ This hospital has a patient coverage area of about 350,000. It incorporates medical, surgical, maternity, and rehabilitation services.

★ Doctors will be required to cover ward rounds, and follow-ups with patients admitted in their care in the first week during the second week. Roughly six hours of ward rounds is typical.

★ Registrar support is available.

The Central Coast of NSW is only a short drive north of Sydney, however, it offers the simplicity and serenity that makes one instantly relaxed on arrival. It’s where the Aussie bush meets the Pacific Ocean, with an alluring mix of bays, inlets and lakes in between, so there are plenty of ways to get back to nature and chill out. It really is a great region to explore and enjoy, whether you’re a single traveller or taking the family with you.
