GP ED Locum $3000 per day - Great Western Plains of NSW

The Position

As a GP VMO, you'll manage a busy Emergency Department and oversee 12 ward beds. Your duties will include onsite coverage from 08:00 to 22:00, with on-call availability overnight as needed for triage 1's, 2's, and select 3's. You'll collaborate closely with the hospital team and promptly sign off on outstanding pathology results. Comfortable offsite accommodation and a vehicle for work travel will be provided.

Getting there - Wellington sits in the Great Western Plains region of NSW. The town is 35 minutes drive southeast of Dubbo and 4.5 hours northwest of Sydney. You can also fly to Dubbo Airport and rent a car. Or take a train from Sydney via Bathurst and Orange, which takes around six hours.
