The Position

• Role: FACEM
• Setting: Private ED adjacent to Mater Private Hospital Rockhampton
• Rate: $3000 per day or 70% of billings (whichever is higher)
• Shifts: Early (0800–1600) and Late (1400–2200)
• Team Structure: One FACEM per shift

Emergency Department Overview:

• Open daily from 8am–10pm
• ~30 low-acuity presentations/day
• Excellent diagnostics and admin support
• Governance and rostering led by emergency specialists

Albury Hospital’s Emergency Department serves a population of over 250,000 and recently underwent a $36 million redevelopment.
